Easily identified by its symbolic lighthouse on the lake shore, Disney’s Newport Bay Club® Hotel, designed by Robert Stern, represents the charming East Coast architecture highly reminiscent of New England’s sophisticated seaside resorts. In nautical white and blue your standard room (27m2) has one large double bed or two double beds, a bathroom, a mini bar, safe deposit, cable television and radio, telephone, and air-conditioning.

Rates shown are per room, per night, in CHF. City tax, service and VAT are included. Continental breakfast is included in the room rate and will be served in a dedicated area of the Hotel’s restaurants. Rates are valid as at January 2009. Rates are shown for standard rooms. Other types of rooms - superior room, deluxe room, junior suite etc - are available on request (subject to hotel availability).
Hotel reservation has to be undertaken online.
In 2009 only on-line registrations are possible - we are unable to accept postal or faxed registrations.
Only the participants who are duly registered may benefit from the special rate negotiated by MCI Suisse SA.
Hotel accommodation is subject to availability; requests received after 24 March 2009 will not be guaranteed and MCI Suisse SA reserves the right to propose an alternative hotel, within Disneyland Resort Paris® or outside the Park at reasonable distance. However you do not have to accept this proposal and are free to find your own accommodation.
Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Availability of rooms in each category is limited.
Names of persons sharing rooms must be indicated on the on-line registration form. |

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, VISA and MasterCard. Alternatively you may pay by bank
transfer. Please remember to mention your name and/or invoice number as the reference on the bank transfer. To
guarantee your reservation a payment covering the full stay is required, either by bank transfer or by credit card
(payment will be deducted from the final hotel bill when paid by the participant directly to the hotel upon departure). Your
reservation will be confirmed when MCI Suisse SA has received your online Accommodation Form together with your
hotel payment. Please be aware that all extras you might incur during your stay (i.e. minibar, laundry, telephone, etc) have
to be paid directly to the hotel upon your departure.

Please indicate “EphMRA - Free of charge for the receiver account”, and your name as the reference. A copy of the bank
transfer should be sent as soon as the on-line registration is completed.
Payment by personal cheques cannot be accepted.
All payments have to be made in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Your hotel booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your payment.
A handling fee of CHF 300.- will be charged for every booking modification received from 10 March 2009.
All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing (e-mail, fax, or letter). In case of cancellations before 10
March 2009, CHF 150,- for administrative fees will be deducted from your payment before refund. After this date,
deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances. In case of late cancellations (from 11 March 2009), cancelled
rooms, cancelled nights or in case of no show, the full deposit will be retained.
Check-in time is after 15.00 and check-out time is until 11.00.
Hotel Newport Bay Club®is unable to guarantee early check-in or late check-out. However, Hotel Newport Bay Club®will
do its best to accommodate individual requests.
EphMRA and MCI Suisse SA will not accept any liability for any losses and/or damages participants may suffer on
account of alteration or cancellation for any reason including ill health. Participants are advised to arrange adequate travel
and health insurance.
