Agency Fair Opening Hours
The EphMRA 2009 Agency Fair occupies one large exhibition space and will be open as follows:

15.00 - 16.10 Coffee Break within the Agency Fair

10.15 - 11.15 Coffee Break within the Agency Fair

14.20 - 15.20 Coffee Break within the Agency Fair
15.20 Agency Fair closes

The Agency Fair is not open during Conference sessions.

Agency Fair Booth Spaces
To book a space your company needs to have at least one fully registered Conference delegate.

Exhibition Spaces

There are 2 booth space sizes available. Exhibitors will be able to bring their booths and promotional materials for the exhibition, as in 2008:

Standard - 3 metres wide by 3 metres deep. This is the usual booth size booked by most exhibitors. Provided is a table, 2 chairs and one electrical point.

One person consultant - 1.5 metres wide by 1.5 metres deep (limited number available). This is a smaller booth space and is for one person consultant. Provided is a small table, 1 chair and one electrical point.

There are no double or triple stands available in 2009 - only 1 booth per company / Associate Member can be booked.

Agency Fair General Information
How is your space allocated at the Fair?
- EphMRA allocates the spaces on a first come, first pay basis - the sooner you pay your fees, the better.
- Sponsors and EphMRA Associate Members have priority for space allocation.
- By the time the early bird fee closes there is usually a waiting list for spaces so please register and pay early.

Exhibition Shipping, ordering extra equipment and catering

Once your booth has been paid for, an Exhibitors Manual is sent to you. This includes details about how to book extra tables or chairs, extra power points, insurance, catering etc, as well as booth set up, dismantle times and other useful information.

On 11 June 2009 the Agency Fair floor plan will be emailed to you, indicating your stand position.

Cancellation of  Agency Fair or Conference
It is mutually agreed that in the event of total or partial cancellation of the  Conference due to fire, strike, natural disaster (either threatened or actual), government regulations or causes which would prevent its scheduled opening or continuance, this agreement will be terminated immediately, and EphMRA shall determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion of the exhibit or other fees, after due consideration of expenditures and commitments already made. Under no circumstances is EphMRA responsible for any exhibitor's expenses (such as travel, lodging, or exhibit shipping), or any other incidental or consequential damages.
