A name badge will be provided on-site with your registration documents. Name badges must be visible and used at all times anywhere within the Conference Centre, and during all the social events.
All the delegates will have blue badges, except the first-time attendees who will have red badges, and the Accompanying Persons who will have transparent badges.
The Conference Bag & Documents should be collected on-site at the Registration Desk during the opening hours, at the Newport Bay Club® Convention Centre.
After the Conference, all the papers will be placed in the Conference paper drop zone on the EphMRA website - and are usually available within 3 weeks after the end of the Conference. You will receive an email to inform you when available.
MCI Suisse SA, as the Conference planner, and EphMRA, claim no liability for the act of any supplier to this meeting, nor liability for personal injury, the safety of any attendee while in transit to or from this event, for any loss or damage, for delays in transport by air, sea, rail, road, weather, in case of strikes, sickness, war or other causes.
Cancellation of Agency Fair or Conference
It is mutually agreed that in the event of total or partial cancellation of the Conference due to fire, strike, natural disaster (either threatened or actual), government regulations or causes which would prevent its scheduled opening or continuance, this agreement will be terminated immediately, and EphMRA shall determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion of the exhibit or other fees, after due consideration of expenditures and commitments already made. Under no circumstances is EphMRA responsible for any exhibitor's expenses (such as travel, lodging, or exhibit shipping), or any other incidental or consequential damages.
The dress code of the Conference is business smart.
Breaks (coffee/tea and light snacks) and lunches during the Conference days (17 & 18 June 2009) are included in the registration fee and will be served around the Agency Fair area.
English is the official Conference language. No translation is provided.
The Delegate List is only issued on-site. No Delegate List will be provided before the Conference.
For logistical reasons linked to the printing of the document, the persons registering after Thursday 21 May 2009 (included) will not appear in the List of participants.
A lost-and-found service is available at the EphMRA Conference Registration Desk.
Delegates are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones, as well as any types of Blackberry devices and laptops, in the off position in the rooms where sessions are being held, as well as during the Masterclasses.

The EphMRA 2009 Conference is a non-smoking event. Kindly note that in France, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in all public areas.
