- Kindly note that the MCI Suisse Office Opening Hours for any query are 09:00 to 12.30 and 13:30 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday – except Public Holidays.

- Queries (emails and phone messages) will ideally be answered within 24 hours. Kindly note however that at peak registration times (i.e. just before fee deadlines expire in March and May), the email and phone lines can get very busy. We do try to answer all queries quickly and in turn but around these busy times we do advise you to send any query well ahead the registration deadlines. Please do not leave urgent queries until the last minute.
